William F. Snyder, President : Mr. Snyder worked as a Public Housing Authority Executive Director for more than 35 years.  He simultaneously served as Executive Director for 3 different New Jersey PHAs in 3 separate counties. In addition to his public housing experience, he has worked closely with non-profit corporations in managing and developing affordable housing.  He has written, lectured and taught staff and public officials in wide variety of topics.  He received his masters degree from Rutgers University in 1980.

Louis A. Riccio, Vice President : Mr. Riccio has worked in the public housing field for more than 35 years.  He has simultaeously served as a Public Housing Authority Executive Director for multiple Housing Authorities in both Morris & Union Counties.  He has substantial experience in managing and developing affordable housing.  Mr. Riccio is a regular lecturer at the state trade association meetings.  He received his masters degree in public administration from Rutgers University
